"Prescription seems right"
I got my glasses from Clearly and, from what I can tell so far, the prescription is pretty much spot on. I put them on and could see clearly right away, no headaches or that weird blurry feeling I’ve had before. I haven’t worn them for every situation yet, but so far I’m happy with them

I ordered my glasses from clearly.ca the frames feel better than I expected. They’re sturdy, the hinges are tight, and they don’t have that cheap flimsy feel some online glasses can have. I’ve been wearing them every day for a few weeks and they’ve held up well so far. My only gripe is that the fit needed a bit of adjusting, and they felt slightly stiff at first, but overall I’m happy with the quality for the price

I went into the store to check out frames and get some help. The staff was nice enough, but they seemed kind of rushed, and I ended up waiting longer than I expected. They answered my questions, but didn’t really offer much beyond that. The visit itself was okay, nothing terrible, just not very memorable. What annoyed me more were the reminders beforehand, they felt a little aggressive, like I kept getting pushed to confirm or show up. Overall, not bad, but not exactly a great experience either

But Clearly handled it really quickly. Customer service was friendly, straightforward, and didn’t make it complicated. My replacement showed up without any drama, and I was genuinely happy with how smoothly the whole thing went.

The frames looked close in person to how they did online, so there wasn’t any avoidable guesswork or back-and-forth. clearly.ca was easy to use, delivery showed up faster than I expected, and I’m happy with how everything turned out

I’ve had so many glasses chip, crack, or just feel cheap after a little use, so it’s a relief that these are still holding up great. They’re still going strong, which is more than I can say for a lot of others I’ve bought.

Ordered my contacts from Clearly and yeah, the whole thing was smooth. Got the tracking email quickly, which was nice, and then the box actually showed up when it was supposed to... not always a given with some places. Packaging was fine too, nothing weird or damaged. I was just glad I wasn’t sitting around waiting forever. I’d order from them again.

I ordered glasses from clearly.ca and the frames themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. The lenses, though, are just okay. My vision is clear enough most of the time, but I’m getting more glare than I expected and the coating seems to pick up smudges really easily. I know the website makes everything sound very polished and premium, but I’m always a bit skeptical of that kind of company wording, and in this case the lenses didn’t really live up to it for me. Not awful, just not quite what I hoped for the price. Shipping was decent

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure if it had gone through properly, especially because I was checking my email for the receipt and didn’t see what I expected right away.

I reached out to Clearly customer service and they got back to me quickly. The person who helped me was friendly and explained what was going on in a simple way, without making it feel like a hassle.

Everything was sorted out the same day, and I got the email confirmation I needed after that. Really appreciated how quick and easy it was to deal with them

Hi, i received my glasses and i was comparing my prescriptions so what was on your paper and it's correct. i feel i have eye strain. is this normal?

“Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH”

Why do you take the money, refund it, and then take it again? you have done this to our last 3 orders. it's weird.

“Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!”
